The objective of this course is to provide an overview of leadership models and explore the principles and characteristics of an effective leader. This course includes coaching, performance feedback, situational leadership, emotional intelligence, goal setting and other pertinent issues.

The training will incorporate discussions, assessments, ethics, group exercises, and an introduction to management and supervisory leadership styles. These objectives will be met through class discussion, role play and group work.
