She was born in 1984 in Istanbul, where she completed her primary, secondary and high school education. She graduated from the Department of Psychology at Istanbul University in 2008. In 2018, she completed her master's degree in Trauma Psychology at the Department of Psychiatry, Institute of Health Sciences, Kocaeli University. From 2009 to 2018, she worked using the cognitive behavioral therapy approach. Between 2018 and 2023, she completed the theoretical and practical training of the Gestalt Therapy Education Program organized by the Gestalt Therapy Association. She continues her practice within the framework of the Gestalt therapy approach. In 2024, she began her Ph.D. studies in the Fine Arts Education Program at Ankara University’s Institute of Educational Sciences.
Between 2008 and 2012, she worked as a family counselor at a private institution. From 2012 to 2014, she served as a psychologist at the Istanbul Anatolian Probation Directorate. Between 2014 and 2022, she worked at the Directorate General of Prisons and Detention Houses, Department of Probation under the Ministry of Justice. From 2022 to 2024, she served as a psychologist in the Child Services Office at the Ankara Probation Directorate. As of September 2024, she has been serving as the Branch Manager in the Psycho-Social Services Bureau at the Department of Rehabilitation and Reintegration within the Directorate General of Prisons and Detention Houses. She has an intermediate level of English proficiency.
