The presentation will introduce in Bremen's systematic reintegration management realized by the CHANCE network underlining the importance on strengthening the cooperation between governmental institutions of the justice system and non-governmental civic society organizations to elaborate solutions on a structural, organizational and operational level. Further, the approach of "Coaches for (re)integration" will present the advantages of a one-on-one support for (released) inmates with multiple problems and specific needs aiming the social and professional (re)integration into society.
