Singapore Prison Service explores Virtual Reality (VR) as a cue exposure intervention for drug abusers. The proof-of-concept, implemented with a targeted group of drug abusers, integrates VR into existing rehabilitation efforts. By immersing participants in realistic scenarios, it reinforces drug refusal and stress coping skills acquired through Psychology-Based Correctional Programmes. The presentation outlines the project's development, emphasizing insights gleaned during the proof-of-concept phase, and providing an overview of the initiative's progress and implications.
