Kyle Page
CEO, Ericom Pty Limited, Australia
Kyle Page is a senior executive with more than four decades of experience delivering complex technology solutions across the Corrections, Justice, and Public Safety, sectors in Aust & NZ.
As CEO of Ericom, Kyle leads the organisation’s evolution from a traditional Managed Service Provider to a Managed Intelligence Provider, helping correctional agencies modernise securely through intelligence‑led, data‑driven technology. His work is focused on improving safety, operational visibility, and rehabilitation outcomes within custodial environments.
Kyle has worked extensively with state and territory correctional agencies, justice departments, and custodial operators, delivering mission‑critical solutions including secure inmate communications, in‑cell tablet platforms, intelligence and analytics solutions, and resilient managed infrastructure. He has been closely involved in the introduction of tablet‑based digital services that support structured access to education, communication, and operational workflows, while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.
More recently, Kyle has championed the deployment of Signs of Life technology, using radar‑based sensing to non‑intrusively monitor breathing and heartbeat within custodial settings. This capability enhances inmate safety, supports welfare monitoring, and provides early indicators of medical or critical incidents without the need for wearables or cameras.
Recognised for his collaborative leadership style, Kyle works closely with agency executives, operational leaders, and frontline teams to ensure technology solutions are practical, ethical, and aligned to real‑world custodial operations. He is a strong advocate for responsible innovation that balances security and control with dignity, wellbeing, and reintegration outcomes.
Kyle regularly contributes to industry forums and conferences across Aust & NZ, sharing insights, intelligence‑led operations, and the future of secure digital services.
