In 2003, Mr. Serhii Hrechaniuk graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of the Kyiv Institute of Internal Affairs at the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, showcasing exceptional academic performance.
Following his graduation, he held various positions within Ukraine's criminal justice system, the Tax Police, and the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, gaining valuable professional experience in these fields.
Additionally, he explored scientific research and teaching, as well as working as a lawyer, further expanding his expertise.
In 2006, he successfully defended his thesis, earning the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences, showcasing his commitment to scholarly pursuits.
In 2011, Mr. Serhii Hrechaniuk reached another significant milestone by obtaining the
prestigious title of Doctor of Law. His dissertation, titled "Theory and Practice of Cooperation of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine with state and non-governmental institutions", highlighted his comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
Recognizing his exceptional knowledge and contributions to academia, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in 2012. This was followed by the prestigious title of Professor in 2017, underscoring his outstanding achievements in the field.
In addition to his academic pursuits, he is also an accomplished author, with over 100 scientific publications to his credit, further solidifying his reputation as a recognized authority in his field.
