Amine Dhaouadi

Amine Dhaouadi, a HMONP-certified architect graduated from ENSA Marseille and holder of a DPEA in naval architecture, is the co-founder of DTA International (France) and the managing director of Groupement DTA (Tunisia). With over fifteen years of experience, he has established himself as a leading expert in the design, coordination, and execution of complex infrastructure projects, particularly in the port, airport, and advanced air mobility (AAM) sectors.
His career is distinguished by high-value strategic projects. He led the architectural and technical design of the Port-Gentil airport cargo terminal in Gabon for SETEC International, oversaw the expansion studies for Marrakech and Tangier airports, and managed the development of the Ropax terminal at the port of Bizerte.
He has also contributed to major projects such as the execution project management of the Dakar Regional Express Train (TER), in collaboration with SETEC and EIFFAGE, as well as urban studies for the Tunis Berges du Lac BRT system for ALSTOM.
At a pan-African scale, he co-directed due diligence studies for logistics and port infrastructures for Abu Dhabi Ports, covering nine countries across the continent. His expertise also encompasses the design of industrial platforms, the implementation of UAM hubs, and the development of next-generation multimodal corridors.
