Gökçe Gülcüler, a graduate of Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, a master's degree in MBA from Koç University, and North Carolina, has gained expertise in various fields, including aviation, cybersecurity, risk management, and technology startups. She has gained professional experience at many sectors, both internationally and domestically. Gökçe has worked as a systems engineer, specializing in the design of aircraft and missile engines.
Gökçe has been chosen as an entrepreneurial fellow by prestigious organizations such as the International Youth Foundation, Global Entrepreneurship Summit, Laureate International Network, and Endeavor. She offers communication consulting services to technology firms. In 2022, she began generating content as a media representative at Harvard Business Review Türkiye. Gökçe Gülcüler is invited as a media representative to significant global conferences such as Websummit and Slush. Additionally, she actively participates in the creation of content on multiple publishing platforms. In addition, she serves as a moderator for conversations at both international and domestic conferences.

Simon Bonk is Chief Research Officer and Director of New Business Development at Telio. He creates and implements strategic approaches in new markets, and builds relationships with jurisdictions, researchers and other stakeholders to advance thought leadership in the correctional space. He is currently a member of the CTA Board and Chair of the ICPA IT Group. Bonk is the former CIO for the Correctional Service of Canada.

Dr Victoria Knight is associate professor in research at De Montfort University, UK. She directs the Prison and Probation Research Hub and codirects the Institute for Community, Criminology, Education and Social Justice. Victoria has extensively published on the digital prison and continues to actively research this topic both in the UK and across the globe. She also consults with prisons, charities and digital developers on digitization.She is a co-editor of The Journal for Prison Education and Resettlement and supports the Advancing Corrections Journal. She contributes to prison practice and has served for 17 years on English Independent Monitoring Boards.
