Community Corrections Network Meeting (PID706)

4pm – 5pm GMT, 26 October 2026 ‐ 1 hour

Room: Meeting Room 3A (Level 3)

Network Session

ICPA’s Community Corrections Network will meet in Belfast to explore a renewed effort to strengthen global collaboration and shared learning in community corrections and reintegration. Systems worldwide are navigating similar pressures, from rising caseload complexity to aging populations, reintegration challenges, and the need for stronger community partnerships, while numerous international organizations are advancing work that could benefit from greater alignment.

This session will introduce ICPA’s plans to build a clearer picture of the global community corrections landscape, deepen engagement with partners across sectors, and identify opportunities for more coordinated dialogue and action. Network members will help shape this work by offering regional insight, highlighting innovations, identifying gaps, and connecting ICPA with relevant partners.

The discussion will focus on how the Network can be refreshed and better leveraged to support sustained global collaboration, including options for shared learning, thematic convenings, and ongoing engagement between conferences. It’s a chance for members to influence the next phase of ICPA’s community corrections agenda and contribute to a more connected international ecosystem.
