Established in 2014, Nakhon Pathom Central Prison is located in Nakhon Pathom Province, spanning 27.4 acres. This high-security prison primarily accommodates male inmates but also features a separate female block for individuals serving sentences ranging from 15 years to life imprisonment. 

 

Nakhon Pathom Central Prison is dedicated to fostering bot male and female inmate rehabilitation and skill development to prepare inmates for reintegration into society as responsible and skilled individuals. Vocational training programs include silk weaving, fabric design, carpentry, macramé art, and barbering, equipping inmates with valuable skills for future employment. The prison also emphasizes culinary arts, offering training in Thai cuisine, desserts, and baking, and runs industrial skills development programs aligned with market demands to ensure practical and relevant experience. These initiatives focus on transforming behaviors, enhancing employability, and supporting inmates' successful reintegration into their communities.
