Founded in Istanbul in 2015, Manuş-u Ala draws inspiration from the “gypsy jazz” movement pioneered by Django Reinhardt, interpreting swing, bossa nova, and bolero tunes in their own unique style. Their repertoire also includes jazz adaptations of popular Turkish and international pop songs from the '80s and '90s. Manuş-u Ala offers audiences a fun and nostalgic atmosphere on the stage.
