Rhianon Williams

Rhianon Williams is a researcher and project coordinator at the Bremen Ministry of Justice and Constitution, developing needs-based training initiatives for prison and probation officers in Bremen, Germany, using European Union funding streams. She began her career in the voluntary sector in the UK, in a charity providing engineering training and workshops to prisoners in 11 prisons in the North of England. After moving to Germany in 2010, she began supporting the development and implementation of rehabilitation and staff training initiatives, transferring good practice and learning from across Europe, to the Ministry of Justice and Constitution in Bremen. Rhianon regularly speaks at pan-European conferences and has participated as a trainer in a number of national and European workshops and international development missions. She holds a Double Honours Degree from Kings College London, and Masters from the University of London in International Development and from the University of Edinburgh in Digital Education.
