Patricia Tung

Patricia has been with the Singapore Prison Service (SPS) since 2000. Her vast career experience in the correctional field involves stints in policy development, planning, operations development, as well as management of the prison institutions. Currently, Patricia is serving in a senior management role in SPS overseeing the strategic planning arm of the department, where she plans, directs, and synergises SPS’ strategic plans and organisational excellence policies and initiatives to achieve an exemplary and forward-looking organisation with high service standards.

Wee Teck Tan

Executive Director, NeuGen, Singapore

Prior to joining NeuGen, Wee Teck has been with the Singapore Prison Service since 2003. In his 19 years career, he had stints in many operational appointments and policy work. Especially close to his heart, he is passionate about issues faced by children of incarcerated parents and the risk of inter-generational offending. He understands the importance of the work NeuGen does and is excited to partner like-minded people to support the children to prevent inter-generational offending.
