The welcome reception will be held at Sait Halim Paşa Mansion from 19:30-23:00

Buses will depart from the hotel, from the Conrad Ballroom Foyer (R Floor) Entrance at 18:30.  Please arrive promptly.

Named after a former Ottoman Grand Vizier, Sait Halim Paşa Mansion was built in the final quarter of the 19th century in Yeniköy, İstanbul. Nestled along one of the most enchanting shores of the Bosphorus, the mansion dazzles with its graceful architecture and an atmosphere steeped in the echoes of the past, making it one of İstanbul’s most remarkable landmarks. Once home to Ottoman Grand Vizier Sait Halim Paşa himself, this magnificent mansion has witnessed countless eras, transformations, and meaningful moments, becoming a living piece of history.

 

Lovingly restored over time to reclaim its original splendour, the mansion today offers a seamless blend of historic grandeur and modern sophistication. With its stunning halls, breathtaking views of the Bosphorus, and elegant gardens, Sait Halim Paşa Mansion is not merely a venue—it is an experience, a memory, a dream woven into the fabric of İstanbul. Now, as Türkiye proudly hosts the ICPA Annual Conference, the mansion opens its doors to welcome the Host Welcome Reception. We are truly delighted at the prospect of sharing this magical setting with our guests.

 

There will be the following transportation options:

• Departure: Beşiktaş Barbaros Pier at 18:15
• Arrival: Yeniköy Pier (3 minutes walking distance to the mansion)
• Return: Yeniköy Pier to Beşiktaş Barbaros Pier at 23:15

• Available for guests exceeding the boat capacity
• Buses will transport guests directly to the mansion

• Transportation from the hotel to Beşiktaş Barbaros Pier is available upon request (for those who prefer not to take the 15-minute walk)
