Mrs. Kasau is a PhD candidate at the Kenyatta University. She currently has 11 years of experience as a lecturer at the university, in the Department of Architecture and Interior Design. Mrs. Kasau is an environmental designer as well as a landscape architect with 12 years of professional practice.
Director Planning & Development, Kenya Prisons Service, Kenya
Dan Obiero Ouya is an Assistant Commissioner General at the Kenya Prisons Service. He is the immediate former Head of Infrastructure Development at Kenya Prisons Services, a position he has held since 2019. He has served with the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the DR Congo (MONUSCO) as an Engineer in the Corrections Unit from 2017 to 2019. He has also worked with the Kenya Prisons Service for 13 years. Mr. Obiero holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a postgraduate diploma in project management. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Disaster Management and Sustainable Development from Masinde Muliro University of Technology. He is a Monitoring and Evaluation professional and a registered Environmental Impact Assessment Expert.
