Pavlos Topalnakos PhD

I was born in Chania, Crete, in 1978. In 2002, I graduated from the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and the same year, I enrolled in the postgraduate program of Criminal Sciences, from which I received my specialization diploma with a grade of "Excellent" in 2005. In 2021, I received my doctoral degree after defending my thesis on "Conditional Release in Drug-related Criminal Legislation" with a unanimous grade of "Excellent." In 2022, I was awarded the title of Doctor of Law from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Since 2004, I have been a lawyer with a primary focus on criminal law, and since 2007, I have been a member of the legal support team of KETHEA, a therapeutic programme for drug addicts. I am proficient in English and French and have published articles in legal journals.
