As a technology provider, our goal is to simplify the management of correctional facilities through a modern, evidence-based platform. This will enable staff to focus more on rehabilitation and reducing recidivism. But to achieve this, we must involve those who work in these facilities in the development process.

In this presentation, we will explain how our user experience and customer feedback programs were used to create a solution that offers a single, intuitive graphical user interface for improved workflow. By gathering direct and candid feedback from operators, observing their daily use of systems, we gained valuable insight into the needs and challenges of each of the facilities, allowing us to design technology that enables faster response to incidents and increased efficiency.
