Dan Obiero Ouya is an Assistant Commissioner General at the Kenya Prisons Service. He is the immediate former Head of Infrastructure Development at Kenya Prisons Services, a position he has held since 2019. He has served with the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the DR Congo (MONUSCO) as an Engineer in the Corrections Unit from 2017 to 2019. He has also worked with the Kenya Prisons Service for 13 years. Mr. Obiero holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a postgraduate diploma in project management. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Disaster Management and Sustainable Development from Masinde Muliro University of Technology. He is a Monitoring and Evaluation professional and a registered Environmental Impact Assessment Expert.Engineer, Tanzania Prisons Service
Bonanza Charles Malata is a Professional Civil Engineer registered by the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania (ERB) and working as a Civil Engineer with the Tanzania Prisons Service since 2005 and is currently a Senior Superintendent of Prisons (SSP) by rank. She has served with the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Dr Congo (MONUSCO) as an Engineer in the Correction Unit from 2015 to 2017. Bonanza Holds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering and a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering from The University Of DAR ES SALAAM.
