Currently Chair of the Staff Training and Development Network at the International Corrections and Prison Association (ICPA). Certified project manager and trainer, coordinating projects exceeding €15 million and contributing to 15+ international projects in rule of law, human rights, and public management.

Extensive experience in corrections reforms, strategic planning, and staff training.
Certified Trainer of Trainers with 45+ courses delivered in corrections, project management, and personal development.
Authored/contributed to 4 national prison strategies.
