Despite the challenges brought by COVID-19, SPS has made good progress in our Corrections 2025 strategies, Prison Without Guards, Prison Without Walls and Learning Prison. The presentation captures the key initiatives implemented to make the progress possible as well as provide attendees an opportunity to see how SPS actively leverages on technology as a force multiplier, to enhance safety and security to reap efficiencies, improve correctional efforts both in in-care and after-care, as well as build staff capabilities while expanding its capabilities in extending corrections into the community. Gain insights on how SPS has embarked on a Service Journey as part of its continued efforts to improve stakeholders experience and support the Corrections 2025 strategy.
