As Singapore Prison Service leverages more technologies and data are resided in different systems, integration between systems can become more complex which require time and effort to complete. Robotic Process Automation (RPA), as a quick-win solution, is being deployed to enhance efficiency of officers who need to work on the data of different systems when performing operational or corporate services tasks such as updating records, performing administrative checks, or generating statistics on regular basis.
