Alice Erens

Alice has her education and roots in the creative industry. In 1994 she became a Visual Arts Teacher for young people in welfare and education. Since then, she has turned into an initiator of projects to empower the future of youth. In the last 16 years she worked for several organizations in education and welfare as a project leader and education developer. In 2004 she became director of Click F1. Click F1 is specialized in developing digital education environments and digital skill projects in closed institutions and schools. With a network of partners, she develops blended learning environments, websites, secured digital environments, and training for youth and professionals in the Netherlands and Europe.
 

Ed Santman

Click F1, Changes&Chances, The Netherlands

Ed Santman worked for the Dutch Ministry of Justice. From 2010 he coordinated art education in all Dutch prisons. In 2016 he “Changes&Chances”. This NGO develops tools for inmates and ex-offenders, arts are used as a mean to develop soft skills.
