Hasan Yaya

Engineer, Branch Manager, General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses Türkiye

Hasan Yaya was born in Malatya in 1977 where he also completed his primary and secondary education. In 2002, he graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Technical Education, Department of Mechanical Education and in 2022, he graduated from İnönü University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering. He is currently continuing his master's degree in Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Graduate Education Institute, Department of Mechanical Engineering. 
He received "Class A Occupational Safety Specialist" and "Machine Periodic Control Authority" certificates from the Ministry of Labour and Social Security. He was authorised by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources with "Energy Manager" and "Building Survey Project Specialist" certificates. 
After working in various private sector workplaces, he started civil service in 2006. He is currently working as Branch Manager and Energy Manager within the General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses of the Ministry of Justice. He is interested in the efficient use of energy and renewable energy sources and is an expert witness in judicial institutions in his fields of expertise.
