Annual General Meeting Voting Information

Please note that in order to vote at the Annual General Meeting, all memberships must be active at the time of the AGM and that proxy votes are not allowed as per Section 4 Article 4.05 of the By-Laws. A copy of the By-Laws is available on the ICPA website.

The ICPA Board of Directors has resolved that 5:30 pm Northern Ireland time on Friday, 23 October 2026 will be the record date for determining voting eligibility for ICPA’s 2026 Annual General Meeting, to be held at 5:30 pm Northern Ireland time on Tuesday, 27 October 2026.

Accordingly, new memberships and membership renewals must be completed by 5:30 pm Northern Ireland time on Friday, 23 October 2026 in order for the member to be eligible to vote at the 2026 AGM. Membership applications or renewals completed after the record date will not confer voting eligibility for this AGM.

Only members with voting rights are able to attend the Annual General Meeting.
