Dr Elena Leclerc - Head of Health in Detention at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)
 
Dr Elenea is the Head of Health in Detention at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and responsible for the implementation of the programme in over 40 countries around the world. Over her career, Dr Leclerc held various operational positions in different countries and at the ICRC’s headquarters in Geneva. She has written and contributed to the development of several ICRC manuals and practical guides on health in detention. Dr Leclerc is a medical doctor and holds a master’s degree in Humanitarian Leadership.
 
Natalie Boal - Executive Director ICPA 
 
Natalie is a highly skilled and experienced leader, with over a decade of experience delivering complex and strategic projects for government with a focus on the human services sector. She has a strong track record of success in managing teams, driving change, and implementing significant reform projects. Prior to taking on the role of Executive Director, ICPA, Natalie ran the South Australian Department for Correctional Services’ Strategic Policy, Projects, and Partnerships Unit. She has also been responsible for successfully delivering significant operational reforms within South Australia’s prison system. Natalie has formal qualifications in project management and is an expert in program and project management methodologies.
 
Mario Vicente - Head of Translation Services, Mozambique Prison Service
 
Mário A. Vicente's extensive experience in the field of corrections and international cooperation is truly remarkable. With over fourteen years dedicated to SERNAP, he has demonstrated exceptional skills in building partnerships, coordinating projects, and facilitating knowledge exchange across borders. His role as a Superintendent of Prisons and his involvement with Project ECHO showcase his commitment to improving prison healthcare and rehabilitation programs. Mário's linguistic abilities and cultural understanding have been instrumental in bridging gaps between different correctional systems, allowing for the sharing of best practices and innovative solutions. His work has not only contributed to the betterment of prison conditions in Mozambique but has also had a positive impact on correctional facilities across Africa and beyond.
 
Dr. Jacob Cresswell - Program Director Innovations and Grants TB REACH
 
Dr. Jacob Creswell is Head of Innovations & Grants at the Stop TB Partnership in Geneva. He previously worked at WHO and started his career at US CDC on TB and HIV more than 20 years ago. Currently, he coordinates Stop TB’s TB REACH initiative which is focused on improving programmatic aspects of tuberculosis case detection and treatment outcomes. TB REACH has provided more than USD 180 million to partners in 56 countries. Jacob also leads Stop TB’s work in the Unitaid-funded START4ALL initiative aiming to deliver novel point of care diagnostics in seven countries and manages diagnostic evaluation trials and the digital technology hub work at Stop TB. He serves as a global expert on different aspects of improving tuberculosis detection including private sector engagement and active case finding. Jacob is currently working on the evaluation of new diagnostic and screening tools for TB including artificial intelligence and how they can fit into more efficient and effective diagnostic algorithms. Jacob has more than 100 scientific publications and his work has supported the development of several WHO Guidelines on TB including TB screening, private sector engagement TB in children, and artificial intelligence for chest X-ray.
