Security in all its dimensions is the subject of the fifth edition of the Forum on Detention and Probation 2022, taking place on the 23rd and 24th November 2022 at the Loewenberg Centre in Murten, Switzerland.

 

The focus of the Forum on Detention and Probation 2022 will be put on security in all its dimensions. We will be looking at the various measures essential for establishing reliable security inside and outside walls. One of the main topics will be the professional relationship between staff and detained and convicted persons: What does this relationship depend on and how can interpersonal skills be acquired? Who are the specialists contributing to establishing secure and save situations?

 

The Swiss Centre of Expertise in Prison and Probation invites you to contribute to the Forum on Detention and Probation 2022 by submitting a contribution to the Practice Showroom, a Workshop proposal or by suggesting a Poster.

 

The Call for Contributions is written in German and French. Submission deadline: 31st May 2022.

 

Please note that this year’s Forum will only be held in French and German. It may well be that some speeches will be given in English, but most of them will only be translated from French to German and vice versa.
