Bozhidar Hinkov is a Professor of the International Academy of Architecture (IAA) with over 20 years of experience in the field of architectural design in Bulgaria and abroad. He has won numerous awards and competitions in his portfolio, and as a co-founder of Arrogant Architects, he works on some of the most impressive and large-scale projects in the field of sports, residential and industrial buildings, Holiday Complexes, as well as the new pilot prison with a staff training center in Samoranovo.

As a Chief Exec in the nonprofit sector, she led a grassroots organization that maintained a reoffending rate of less than 10%. Andrew is a strategic planner and real estate development professional specializing in innovative justice-related solutions. He co-leads CoreCivic's Project Vista, which introduces forward thinking design concepts to promote rehabilitation and reentry. Andrew's work involves integrating global best practices by collaborating with stakeholders that include operators, design professionals, innovators, academics and those with lived experience to guide normalization projects from small change to large-scale transformations. He also provides expertise in real estate matters across CoreCivic's enterprise working with community leaders and industry providers to address real estate challenges. Andrew holds a Master's degree with a focus on Biogeography.
