WICC Scholarship Program

The application process for the Scolarship Program is closed now.

We are excited to announce a scholarship opportunity for individuals who may be unable to attend the Women in Corrections Conference due to financial constraints. This scholarship is specifically designed for people with lived experience, those from low-resource backgrounds, NGOs, NFPs, and students. There are two levels of WICC Scholarship available: complimentary conference registration, and complimentary registration with accommodation.

*Please note that the number of scholarships offered depends on support from ICPA's corporate sponsors and individual WICC supporters.

To apply for this scholarship, you will need to provide a motivation letter (maximum 250 words). Please use the form below to apply.

Don't miss this opportunity to be part of this important conference and contribute to the dialogue on women in corrections. For any questions regarding the scholarship or application process, please contact Natalie Boal at [email protected].

In recognition of the adaptation of the Bangkok Rules fifteen years ago, I am sponsoring attendance for a justice-involved woman by funding her flight and accommodation. I feel it is critical to broaden our attendance to include those who may not have funding to do so. With this small gesture, I hope to encourage others to donate through the conference website via a sponsor ticket or to find a person to support who would both benefit from and contribute to our conference. Please consider supporting someone who otherwise cannot attend this important event. I dedicate this sponsorship to the Princes Bajrakitiyabha and her tireless advocacy for those in imprisoned. Through her leadership and vision for the Thailand Institute of Justice, Her Royal Highness shines her light on marginalized women world-wide.
