Jason Hainsworth is currently the Director of Strategy for Community Corrections in NSW, Australia. He commenced with corrections as a probation and parole officer in 2004 after completing undergraduate studies in Criminology and Psychology, and further postgraduate studies in psychology. He completed a Master of Criminology in 2011. Since joining corrections Jason has alsoworked as a research officer specialising in Community Correctit ons, a data and systems manager, and statewide manager for Community Corrections performance and reporting. Jason has been primarily responsible for the development of the performance standards for Community Corrections in NSW, as well as the development of current resourcing and service delivery models.
