Dr Julia Chan is a Forensic Psychologist and Researcher. She has worked with the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria, Australia for the past three years, and has worked with The University of Melbourne Australia for more than ten years. She has published multiple works in the area of Neuropsychology, and has branched into the area of research and service development in her work with Forensic Intervention services. She has worked for several years as a Forensic Psychologist running and managing interventions for High risk service users in Victoria's Prisons, and is now using her unique skillset and expertise in her role managing the Clinical Projects Team with Forensic Intervention Services. She has supervised multitudes of students and trainees over the years in both Forensic clinical practice and research, including Masters and PhD level students.
