With over 16 years’ experience in federal and state government health departments, Cath has managed a wide range of service design, implementation and delivery, policy development and significant commissioning of services. These have all been across drug and alcohol, mental health, rural health, and general practice services.

Her driving passion is to create better pathways and integration across services to enhance holistic wrap around support for disadvantaged populations who need it most. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism), a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations and a Graduate Diploma in Management. She has also completed an Executive Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership at the renowned Duke University in 2019 and is currently completing a Master of Leadership in Human Services.
