Noa holds a Master’s degree in Criminology from VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel). Throughout her academic journey and professional experience, her primary focus has been on penology, entailing analyses of policy responses and an understanding of the multi-disciplinary nature of international comparative criminology. As the Public Affairs & Research Manager at RESCALED, Noa is responsible for managing strategic communication, branding efforts and event coordination. Noa is committed to supporting the use of detention houses instead of large prison institutions and bringing together actors from across Europe to effect meaningful change.
