As an experienced medical researcher and a former associate professor she has been working both in university, hospital and private sectors. Heidi holds a PhD in pharmacology and physiology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Fredrik Nymo works as managing director for radar technology in Elotec and is responsible for project planning, implementation and follow-up. Has wide experience in project management, engineering, and business development. With background in both sales engineering and project leadership, Fredrik has led overseeing projects nationwide focusing on welfare technology, security technology, and healthcare equipment.

Petter Dalen

Project Manager, The Directorate of the Norwegian Correctional Services, Norway

Petter Dalen works as project manager in The Directorate of the Norwegian Correctional Services. He has led the Agder prison digitalization project resulting in implementation of technology for life sign surveillance in order to prevent suicides and deaths by o.verdoses, inmate and public self-service systems and security scanners.
