Joe Pryor is a renowned figure in the realm of prison ministry and corrections, currently serving as the President/CEO of Crossroads Prison Ministries. With a passion for rehabilitation, Joe has been instrumental in providing transformative support to incarcerated individuals by connecting them with mentors and bible study materials for guidance and encouragement. Under his guidance, Crossroads is impacting around 30,000 inmates across the United States and 23 other countries, providing hope and guidance to incarcerated individuals globally.

Prior to Crossroads, Joe held a prominent role as the Chaplaincy Services Branch Chief for the Federal Bureau of Prisons in the United States. In this capacity, he oversaw religious and faith-based programming across 116 federal prisons, working with 250 chaplains to ensure the provision of spiritual support to inmates. Joe's commitment was underscored by his achievement in a Presidential Initiative for faith-based programs within the Federal Bureau of Prisons and his representation on religious matters globally, emphasizing his dedication to inmate well-being worldwide.

After his service with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Joe accepted the role of a prison warden and reentry consultant. Through these roles, he remained dedicated to advancing reentry programs and initiatives aimed at facilitating successful transitions for individuals returning to society after incarceration.
