Ana Cristina Neves, PhD, is a senior probation officer at DGRSP – Directorate-General of Rehabilitation and Prison Services, where since 2016 is the head of the Community Sanctions and Measures Division. Graduated in Psychology in 2004 and completed a PhD in Psychology of Justice in 2010, with research on the validation of risk assessment tools. At DGRSP, is responsible for providing guidelines for case management practices and collaborates as trainer of probation staff. Since 2022, is part of the DGRSP technical team of Project CoPPer - Cooperation to promote a European Volunteering Programme in Probation Services.
