Linda S. Janes has more than 35 years of public and private sector experience in corrections, human services, and behavioral health. At the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC), she served as Assistant Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, and Chief of the Bureau of Community Sanctions. Linda transitioned from ODRC to serve as Assistant Director of the Ohio Department of Youth Services. At Alvis, Linda oversees all programs in Alvis' lines of service: Reentry, Workforce Development, DD Services, Behavioral Health, and Family & Children’s. Linda is often tapped to provide professional presentations and lend her expertise in media interviews. Topics have included: Data Driven Leadership; Gender Differences with Trauma Involved Clients; Expanding Recovery Ohio; Treatment Programs for Mothers with Addiction; Beyond Prisons: Women in Community Corrections; and many more.

Linda is President of the Ohio Community Corrections Association (OCCA), First Vice President of Ohio Justice Alliance for Community Corrections (OJACC), serves on the Executive Committee for the International Community Justice Alliance (ICJA) and on the Board of Community Housing Network.
