Ravan is working with the Industrial & Services Co-Operative Society (ISCOS), a Co-Operative that supports ex-offenders/desistors, for over 7 years. His work primarily involves the coordination and facilitation of aftercare initiatives that support the re-integration of ex-offenders/desistors into the community. His hands-on engagement with individuals across diverse offending profiles underscores his deep understanding of the complexities involved in rehabilitation.
A key portfolio that Ravan handles is the ISCOS Titans Programme, an initiative dedicated to recognizing and providing opportunities for ex-offenders/desistors to contribute positively to communities outside of their employment. As the program's steward, Ravan meticulously oversees every facet, from recruitment to retention, ensuring that ISCOS Titans are not only recognized but also empowered to make meaningful contributions.
