Montira Inseeyong is a psychologist at the Department of Corrections, Thailand. She is the head of Mental Health Center, Medical Service Division. Her main responsibility is on planning and policy, specifically on mental healthcare in prison settings, that includes :
- Planning and Budgeting
- Providing guidelines on mental healthcare services in prison setting
- Collecting and analysing statistical data
- Publishing handbooks concerning psychological well-being
- Organising training sessions for officials whose work is related to mental healthcare in prisons
- Designing rehabilitation programmes eg. Rehabilitation programmes for drug users
