Antonin joined Digital Solutions within the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs (JI) of the Canton of Zurich in Switzerland as an ICT Business Analyst in February 2023. In his role, Antonin is tasked with various responsibilities including system testing and process work. He also places a significant focus on enhancing the user experience of systems.
With a background as a Polygraphe and years of experience working in a creative and design agency, Antonin brings a delicate touch for creative activities to the team. He has honed his knowledge in the digital realm by earning a Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences with a major in Digital Business Management. His blend of technical skills and creative expertise positions him uniquely to contribute to the intersection of IT and user-centered design.

Alessia Knöpfel

Social worker, Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs (JI) of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland

Alessia began her professional journey at the Directorate of Justice and Rehabilitation in February 2020 as an intern in the criminal justice system, where she learned to provide support to people in difficult life situations, work in a delict-oriented manner, and be part of reintegration and rehabilitation efforts. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Social Work in April 2022, she deepened her understanding of social challenges and transitioned to the Center for Administrative Detention for Foreigners. Since February 2024, Alessia has been studying law part-time and aims to channel her passion for justice and empathy into a new context. She firmly believes that every individual has the right to dignity and respect. Her work continues to be rooted in solidarity, empathy, and justice.
