Mr. Trevor Lloyd is the President of American Community Corrections Institute (ACCI/Lifeskills) – a national, evidence-based provider of cognitive life skills courses and programs. Mr. Lloyd earned a Masters of Science in Industrial /Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University (San Diego, CA Campus) in 2003. He is also a certified facilitator for the Arbinger Institute, an international peace-building organization.Mr. Lloyd has worked as a family therapist and has extensive experience in staff development. As President of ACCI, he has presented to and trained many different groups of criminal justice professionals on how to successfully use the science of cognitive restructuring to effectively reduce recidivism rates. Mr. Lloyd brings over 16 years of experience in the behavioral health industry to his current position. He is now providing his leadership and expertise at ACCI to provide innovative, affordable, and evidence-based solutions for the criminal justice system.

Deborah Powell

Assistant Warden, Saguaro Correctional Facility, CoreCivic, USA

Deborah Powell is the Assistant Warden at the CoreCivic Saguaro Correctional Facility in Eloy, Arizona. CoreCivic, formerly Corrections Corporation of America, is a national provider of correctional, detention, and reentry facilities and services.
Ms. Powell completed her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice Human Services, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix. Over her career in the corrections and community re-entry field, Ms. Powell has worked as a police officer, corrections officer, chief unit manager, county jail commander, and most recently, as assistant warden. With over 28 years of experience in the corrections field, Ms. Powell brings an immense amount of insight, knowledge, and firsthand experience to her current role at CoreCivic.
