Mr Tomas is the principal of ctg Security Matrix, a specialist security, control room design and facility management consultancy group. His hands-on approach over forty years has resulted in him having sought-after knowledge of individual security components that meet rigid operational and reliability standards. Mr Tomas’ work in developing a totally integrated security system tailored to specific specialised applications for secure containment has been recognized by interstate and overseas jurisdictions.
His experience encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and activities including project design and management, assessment of tender proposals, development and implementation of strategic plans, and the leadership and development of personnel within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
