Hilton Belfast
For ICPA’s 28th Annual Conference, we have secured official accommodation at the Hilton Belfast (4 Lanyon Place), conveniently located within easy walking distance of the ICC Belfast and the city’s key transport links. Delegates can take advantage of preferential bed & breakfast rates for the conference period (24–30 October), making it simple to stay close to the venue throughout the programme.
The rates are £169 per night for a King room, with Deluxe Twin and Deluxe King rooms available at £199 per night, subject to availability on each date. We recommend booking early to secure the best choice of room type across your preferred nights, as the allocated block is limited and demand is expected to be high.
Any rooms booked by guests on the allocation block have a cancellation of 28 days prior to arrival. To avail of these contracted rates on the allocation block, guests must be booked in for a minimum length of stay of 5 nights. CC details will be taken from guests at time of booking to guarantee the reservation, and payment will be taken on arrival.
Bullitt Hotel
Conference accommodation has been arranged at the 4* Bullitt Hotel (approx. 7 minutes’ walk / 0.4 miles from ICC Belfast) for the conference dates from Saturday 24 October to Friday 30 October 2026. Rooms are Comfy Rooms on a single occupancy, bed & breakfast basis at £145.00 per room per night. Dine at Taylor & Clay Grill, enjoy craft beers in the courtyard, or bring your laptop and work from the lobby. Head to Tetto, the rooftop bar and garden, for cocktails, food and city views, then finish with award‑winning Rattlebag cocktails to complete the Bullitt experience.
A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking (credit card required), with the remaining balance payable on check-in. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival; the deposit will remain non-refundable.
