Jaiy has spent 12 years working in various roles in the Singapore Prison Service. In his operational capacity, apart from working in several prison institutions, he also worked with offenders undergoing drug rehabilitation in their in-care phase and supported the Correctional Unit operations as these offenders underwent various intervention programmes. Jaiy also took up roles such as Planning & Organisation and Corporate Communications before his current appointment in Transformation & Technology Planning. Jaiy holds a Business Management Degree (II Upper Hons) from University College Dublin, Ireland.
