Dominic has spent 18 years working in various roles in the Singapore Prison Service. During his tenure, apart from working in several prison institutions, he also worked with offenders undergoing Community-based programmes. These offenders served the tail-end of their incarceration at home, in a halfway house or a work-release camp. Dominic has spent several years in areas such as Strategic Planning and Offender Programmes before his current appointment in Transformation & Technology Planning and Services. Dominic holds a Civil and Environmental Engineering Degree from the Nanyang Technological University and a Masters in Organisational Leadership from Monash University. Moving from building roads and bridges, Dominic has dedicated his life to rebuilding the lives of offenders and their families.
