Sophie Aitken has been the Manager of Program Design and Evaluation (PDE) at Caraniche for the past seven years. In this role she is responsible for designing evidence-based and psychologically-informed interventions for clients in the prison system, community justice, youth justice and community AOD sectors. She and her team designed and evaluated the original KickStart suite of programs and the digital variant which is the subject of this presentation. Sophie has extensive previous experience in the fields of criminal justice, forensic and organisational psychology, family services and psychological research across various roles including program development and implementation, psychological assessment and counselling, policy development, and research & evaluation, within government, private, academic and community sectors.
